Legal division
Legal Division
The legal division advises the company on corporate law — including the formation of companies — on labor law, on notary services, and on due diligence for the acquisition of businesses or property. It also advises on tort and civil liability law, a specialty uncommon in Costa Rica. It works under the same roof as the accounting division, so the documents and the figures do not live in separate offices.
